Ballet Fundamentals

Days: Mondays and Wednesdays Time: 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM Location: Studio A Description: In this class, participants will learn the foundations of ballet technique, focusing on body alignment, posture, and basic ballet vocabulary. Open to all skill levels.

Contemporary Dance

Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays Time: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM Location: Studio B Description: This class explores the expressive and fluid movements of contemporary dance. Students will learn a combination of contemporary techniques, floor work, and improvisation. Open to intermediate and advanced dancers.

Jazz Fusion

Days: Fridays Time: 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM Location: Studio C Description: Jazz Fusion combines elements of jazz, contemporary, and hip-hop styles. This energetic class focuses on developing strength, flexibility, and musicality while learning dynamic choreography.

Hip-Hop Grooves

Days: Saturdays Time: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM Location: Studio A Description: Join Mary for an exciting hip-hop class filled with high energy and rhythmic movements. This class is suitable for all levels and offers a combination of choreography and freestyle dance.
